I stopped jazzercise for a while b/c i moved and went to the gym and it does NOTHING for me like jazzericse does... It works you from head to toe and i see amazing results!

I was always a fairly thin girl and then i went through a bad breakup and went down to 87 pounds all the way up to 142 pounds in 6 months.... i lost a total of 31 pounds and i've kept it off for 3 years now!!! thanks for remembering!!
