Beautiful Home in Wading River

Hi,

One of my coworkers is selling her home in Wading River.

LINK on MLSI

The house is really well kept and the picture doesn't do justice to the home.

20 Farm Road East, Wading River
Open House this Sunday 4/30 from 1-4:00 PM

Happy home hunting!

Wow thats a lot of money for Wading River.

Nice sized property though. That could be the reason.

Prices in Wading River have really gone up! My mom lives there and there's a house for sale on her street for like $750K!!

Re: Beautiful Home in Wading River

FW's mom lives there. Houses are still reasonable in the 300s.

But yeah I can see prices for some larger houses and/or large property getting up there.
