& it's slow at work, I'm putting together a list of how I want my tables to look. At my RH they say that my guests never need to go to the bar bc the waitstaff will take care of drinks, etc. where would you guys suggest putting matchbooks in a glass vase at the RH if not at the bar area?? I can't think of a good place, that wouldn't look odd

If I were to put them on the bar during cocktail hour... Who would/should I move them to the bar during dinner? Since cocktail hour & the actual reception is in two totally different areas.... haha sorry, I know I'm totally over thinking this!

Exactly. People will still always congregate at the bar at times just to get up from the tables, to socialize with friends from other tables, etc.
