-TIVO/DVR (we own 2 VCRs...if we miss it, it wasn't meant to be...FH got it anyway)

-American Idol.

-Paris Hilton

-Starbucks...just seems silly to pay $4 for coffee when I can buy General Foods International flavored coffees....'jean luke'

-anyone under 18 with a cell phone.

-LI housing prices.

-Cadillacs...have you seen the commercials....$500 a month for a car is NOT a deal to me no matter what voice over announcer guy says

-mini-vans

-'travel systems' (sorry NYBride)

-those infant seats good only for 1 year/20 pounds

-mini-vans....needs repeating.

-strippers (esp. in a hotel)

-24. all these seasons later, am i supposed to really believe it's been less than a week in this guy's life or have they abandoned that angle?

-survivor. if i wanted to see ugly naked people, i'd watch cinemax late at night.

Me and FH used to joke about that 'incomplete' song the backstreet boys came out with right after paris and nick carter broke up...he would say he could feel nick's pain....we decided yesterday that we feel nick lachey's pain more (what's left of me)....his break up is actually sad AND being dumped by Paris is really a favor (and as FH put it so nicely, 'if you can walk away from that without a disease, you can't complain.')

I really detest FSIL....she just irks me. regardless of what FMIL says, i will judge her as she hurts people for a living...well, she spends her days finding ways to hurt the ones she claims to love, one evil maneuver at a time. (disappearing in the middle of large, celebratory dinners, leaving in the middle of our e-party so she could get back to her part-time job that gave her the whole weekend off, skipping her dad's 50th bday this year, regifting the portable DVD player we gave her for xmas[so that she would have a cool gift b/c FH cares about what she thinks and gets even though she doesn't even buy us gifts] because it wasn't the one she wanted.....)
