My bedding is on clearance... which means it wont be there for my shower
All the bedding I see is like $300 (WITHOUT pillows). I managed to find the only man on the planet who hates down comforters. Is this too expensive? Am I looking at the wrong stuff? We're registered at bedbath.

Oh no...I'm sorry! I honestly can't help, I have no idea what the going price is for bedding...that sounds high to me, but I'm sure that's probably average? I'm not used to all these high prices for things I've just taken for granted over the years. Would it be less expensive at Target maybe to just buy on your own?

My bedding sets are insanely expensive! I registered for 2 hotel collection sets because I always buy crappy cheap bedding sets for myself. Maybe if you register for a set that is sold in seperate pieces more than one person can chip in and buy you parts of the bedding? Either way, I don't think that is too expensive but that is JMO. HTH!

HAHA I feel so much better hearing u say that. I think all these years I slept in my bed and just assumed 'oh its bed stuff, how bad can it be?' then when we moved in together i got this great hotel collection set on clearance. I guess its not that crazy!

My bedding was insanely expensive also and it was discontinued and then the price went down to 70% off. FH and I went to Fortunoff and we saw our bedding dwindling down to nothing and we just couldn't take it lol. We caved in and bought it for ourselves. We found out 2 months before that, that the bedding was discontinued. We really did try to look for something else but just couldn't find anything else we liked.

Im stalking my registry too! I went on to add stuff before and after seeing my toaster, waffle maker and s&p shakers randomly off the registry I keep looking at it!!! I didnt pick bedding yet so Im not sure about that!

If anyone is super bored... can u tell me if this looks like newlywed bedding or little boys room bedding?
I'm trying to go for the hamptons look in our place, clean lines, no clutter etc.

I don't think it's little boy at all...I like it. I think with the right wall colors and furniture it could be very nice.

I priced the bedding I wanted and it was almost $1000!!! And don't worry, your'e not alone in having an FH who hates down comforters. Actually, mine hates duvets. And feather beds. And anything else I ever wanted in bedding.
Can you just go buy your bedding for yourself since it's on sale?

Our bedding was pretty expensive, but it was the only thing we found that we liked. About a week after we registered for it, my mom's friend bought us our comforter. Then I got an email saying our bedding was being discontinued. Soooooo, I went to Fortunoffs and bought it all myself! I don't care how much it was or how we got it. Just that I loved it....and now it's ours!

Omg, that's too funny! I just clicked on your bedding and it's the same bedding that FH and I registered for! Only ours is in beige, black and white.
So I can assuredly tell you that I LOVE your wedding!!! But I can also tell you that it's being discontinued. Buy it up yourself if you're in love with it....like we did!
Oh, and it's not that expensive. CK is way more expensive.

I dont think $300 is too expensive - if people dont want to pay that much they won't buy it. Maybe a few people will chip in for it.

this has happened to me TWICE NOW soo i decided to pick the most expensive one i liked in hopes that by the time my shower is (may-june im guessing) it will be on clearance at that time hahaha
