i ordered the 9 day cleanse...YIKES!!!!!!!!!!

i am SO SCARED!

when are you planning to start it?

i would probably start doing less calories per day otherwise its gonna be tough.

starting whenev it gets delivered (prob like monday of next week)

i would try to eat less but.........i love food too much! that's what got me into this situation!

I tried isagenix once...

it isnt the kind of cleanse you imagine,... it's just all about eating less a lot less!. I wasn't hungry on it but I was getting bad headaches.

it isn't like that at all! That's the only reason I tried that one. My aunt had done it for a while and told me it wasn't violent like that

YAYAYAYYYY!!! I am so excited for you!

Plus, you're going to looooove being 'coached' by Mike. He's seriously so nice and supportive! He also has some great ideas!

I had a constant headache for about 5 out of the 9 days and he just cheered me on! He's like drink hot water with lemon! You're going to be OKAY!!! I like OD'ed on hot water with lemon, but It did the trick though

I seriously want to vom just from anticipation

he said i'd have to pee a lot??

i always get headaches anyway - are you allowed to take tylenol?

yes, you WILL pee A LOT You have to drink a ton of water.

He told me no advil, but I took it anyway. Big whoop. I say go ahead with the Tylenol.
