Bed and Breakfast HELP!!!

My fiance and I was are trying to plan a low key wedding, so we're looking at some Bed and Breakfasts. I've only been researching online so far, but two that I really like are The White House Bed and Breakfast in Port Jeff, and the Blue Iris Bed and Breakfast in Cutchogue.

Has anyone held a wedding, or been too a wedding, or heard about a wedding held at either place?

We live in Westchester, but my family (and many B&B's) are on LI so we're planning a wedding there. We'll probably be taking a drive down one weekend in a few weeks to see them for ourselves, but I'd love any info anyone may have!
