Bed and Breakfast in PA..anyone?

Has anyone ever been to a bed and breakfast in pa? We are going to ceasers cove haven for our first anniversary but we are leaving the night before we can arrive to Cove Haven.

We are looking for something nice and romantic but affordable. Any ideas?
