So, the coupons from BBB have stopped coming in the mail, and I thought it was odd. Last night when my FH and I went there, they had a huge clearance section, and we were excited, because who does not love a great deal! BUT, when we went to check out, I asked the cashier if it was possible that I some how was taken off the mailing list. She told me that a lot of customers have come in and said that they are not getting the coupons either. When I got home and told my parents, my dad told me that he read some thing that claimed that BBB is in financial trouble. So that coupled with the no coupons and huge clearance section makes me wonder............ ARE THEY GOING OUT OF BUSINESS?????????? If anyone knows anything, please share!!!!!!!

I have still been receiving the coupons and it would be terrible if they were going out of business. I love that store and am planning on registering there.

No way! My parents on LI are still receiving the coupons.....they've never send them to Manhattan residents!
I don't know about other stores but we live across from the one on the UES and its ridiculously crazy at all hours.

please. please tell me you're kidding. i've literally spent weeks dealing with registry nonsense. macy's has been awful. you can't get anything in store and then half the time its out of stock so i added bbb as my second and i really hope they're not at this point. what does that really leave as far as houseware registries then?

ok......my mom works there they are not going out of busines......the clearence sale is because of inventory issues, the cupons she doesnt know why they arent going out.....she said she'd let me know tomorrow

Not sure about why people aren't receiving coupons but I do know...
You know how you could use expired coupons and they still give you the 20% off....well now if they are expired, you will only recieve 10% off.

Now that you mention it, I haven't gotten any coupons lately either. OMG I really hope this isn't true. That leaves hardly anywhere left to register
