FH and I are registered at BBB, and have not been able to get there lately to finish our registry, so we actually went there the other night and had the absolute BEST service, assistance, and undivided attention and just had to compliment the store and the manager Josh who helped us out. We didn't get there until 9:30 pm, and had the store all to ourselves until 12:45am..if you are registered there they stay open late just for couples to do their registry. We felt like celebrities!!...Josh who worked with us was soooooo helpful and nice, and took time going over every detail about the products, and FH and I were really blown away by the experience and just had to rave about them....

they stay open late for people with registries? We were never told that... FH and I have a few more things we want to look at in the store, but we hate going when its so busy. We felt like idiots the last time we went because we were running to and from the same two sections going down the stupid check list!

Yeah, they stay open late OR open early - I went at 8am on a Sunday and normally they don't open until 10am.

Thats so funny.. My FH went to high school with Josh so he told us to go there when it was time to register.. He is soooo freakin helpful.. telling us about every single item.. what we needed what we didnt need! BBB is the best for registries!~
