Can I exchange something from my registry if I don't have the gift receipt?

I would think so. You'd probably get store credit and then you can just use the credit to buy what you want.

if they have a record of the purchase from your registry, you can return without the gift receipt for the price they bought it for...if you don't have receipt, you get store credit for the current selling price.

Oh boy ... dont get me started on BBB! I just spoke to corporate a week ago and a manager yesterday.
According to BBB POLICY ... If the item is marked as being purchased on your register (saying you no longer need it because someone bought it) you can return it for CASH! They just have to go into your registry.

Crashing....
I don't know WHY i registered with BBB... I got a total of 7 gifts for my engagement party.. I got 2 deep fryers, both from BBB and 2 food processors both from BBB... now i have to go there to return things

Yeah- I had to return a few things from my e-party that were doubles and they gave me back cash for it
