A rash on one elbow is not bedbugs. When i see them in the ER they are ALL OVER the body....or at least in the 'Warm' areas of the armpit and groin.

Be happy its not scabies.....i get the willies whenever those patients come to me....ick!

Boil EVERYTHING in the house, pillow cases, sheets, clothing....EVERYTHING. Bed bugs are horrible and so hard to get rid of!

Ladies....I'm an airline pilot and I sleep in a lot of hotels. Word of advice...NEVER put your luggage on the floor or the bed. Use a luggage rack, if they don't have a luggage rack, call the front desk. If all else fails put on a desk or chair. Zipper up when not using.

AHHHHH just thinking about the whole bed bug epidemic skeeves me out!!! FH and all my friends laugh at me but the first thing I do when I check into a hotel, no matter how nice, I take all the sheets off, pick up the mattress and check all the seams and folds for bugs, and I NEVER leave my luggage or anything on the floor or bed!!! Always use a table or luggage rack!!! About 5 years ago FH brought bed bugs home from the Tropicana in AC, and had to throw away his whole bed and mattress. Thank God coincidentally his family was moving at the time, so they left the bugs behind. But just the thought of having to deal with them and knowing how difficult they are to get rid of makes me wanna throw up!!! This is digusting!!!
