Before & After pics of one of our Florida investments

My flight was cancelled friday night but I was able to fly down Saturday, Rich was already there & i feel like we got a lot done.
This house is in a lower income working family neighborhood in West Palm Beach, it will make a great starter house for a small family. It has a much bigger yard than other houses in the area. We did a bunch of trading spaces type improvements because this value of the house doesn't call for anything extravagant. The yard still needs cleaning up, the outside of the house is being powerwashed & painted Bijou beige with saddlery brown trim today & the new roof will be light brown. The new tile floor still needs to be cleaned, and the new appliances are almond & being delivered this week, the interior doors need new knobs & the bedrooms are getting new carpet this week. The new shower door still needs to be installed & the bathroom needs to be cleaned again.
The before pics were taken by Rich so they're not too good. Thanks for looking

Thanks wacky-this one is for sale. Its only a 2/1 so the rental market isn't that strong-we would just get a large family crammed in.
We have another house that will be a rental March 1
