Behind?

My wedding is next August and I feel so behind after reading everyones posts!! I have the church, hall, band, and reserved rooms at a hotel. I sent out my STD and e-party invites. I am in the process of deciding on a dress... I guess I figure I am in no rush since the wedding is in a year, but I am starting to panic....What should I be doing now?????

Left to do:
photographer
bm dresses
favors
chair covers
limos
flowers
honeymoon
gifts....for everyone....

I say definitely book photographer next...I think they book the fastest...and you want to make sure the photographer that you like the best has your date available. Good Luck!

I'm getting married in May and I still havent booked all those either.

Youre not behind at all but I would definatly go and see photo/video next since they tend up to book faster than any other vendor. If you need recommendations Duet and 12th night are pretty good and widely used photographers around here!

same here...

ok, I would do it in this order:

-photographer (and video, if you're doing that). This is the only one I'd put a bit of a rush on, as a lot of these guys book up really early.
-flowers
-limos
-bm dresses
-honeymoon
-chair covers
-favors
-gifts

basically the rule for me is that if you are booking somebody's services, do that early, because once they are booked for a date, they're out of the picture. Dresses and attire next, because it often needs to be ordered and then altered to fit properly, so that also requires somebody's services and can take time. Honeymoon you want to do a bit early so you can get good prices, but it's not necessary to do it quite this far in advance. Then last do the things that just require you to buy/order something, because as long as you give yourself enough time for shipping, if you need it, or shopping if you're buying it in a store, you'll be fine.

So, don't stress! You'll be fine!
