have vented about FILs at least once I think it would be awesome to try to find the good in them.....what is one great thing one of the FILs have done for you?

i only have a FMIL. she is awesome, we are a lot alike. she is a badass and tough and states her opinion a lot like me... and she does nice things for me like gets coffee ready for me when i stay over there so i have it for the train ride... she buys me things randomly like a top or socks or whatever...

my fh is a huge momma's boy; she spoils him a little but she's already told me once we are married she will let ME be the wife and the one to take care of him

I should say thast mostly towards FFIL. Unfortunately I never met FMIL she passed away before I met her, but I've heard she was an amazing person (Total opp of FFIL)

Well, included in the package of FILs is FH's two sisters... LOVE THEM! We get along very well (I'm actually meeting one of them for a little shopping at lunch).

FMIL is just very generous. Not pushy at all and is a great DIYer!!

FFIL is very quiet and sticks to his routine, but will help you out at the drop of the hat.

They're all just very generous and kind people. I can't imagine having any problems or issues with them.

they invite us over for dinner, his mom makes me random craft stuff (scarves, cat toys, aprons... LOL ) and his mom came by to check on our kitties when FH and I were spending thanksgiving visiting my family!

My FILs have done so much for us. They used their timeshare points/credit card rewards to get us 10 of the 14 days of our honeymoon. They would have gotten all 14 days if they could have.

Also, the women at my bridal salon just brought in this veil when I was trying on my dress and I loveeeeeeeed it. Of course, turns out the veil they brought in was almost $1k. Ridiculous! My Mom was NOT thrilled at the price, and neither was I. But, FMIL took it upon herself to BUY the veil. She told me she wanted me to have it, regardless of price. She is so sweet.

On top of all the stuff that is wedding related, they always help us in every way they can - no matter what.

my FMIL is awesome .. she cooks us dinner .. taught me how to cook .. and genuinely cares about me ... like making sure that i don't get too tired ..

My FSIL is really cool....she's really sweet. What I love most about my FH family is that they mind their business!!!

I have some compliants but they are more irriatating manners of my FILs

but I do have some great compliments about them as well..

FFIL- besides his stubbornness he will give you the shirt off his back if you needed it in the middle of a snow storm. He is such a generous person. He actually took my car and got my inspection for me and put in a remote car starter last week and asked for nothing in return

FMIL- she is very quiet and to herself...but very generous as well. i do love her and she is so sweet and she calls me her daughter (she only has 2 boys)

They are also letting us stay in their upstairs apartment when we get married for FREE to safe money for ahouse so I am soooooo grateful!!!

FH's grandma- is almost paying for our whole honeymoon such a funny and sweet old lady. I get along with her great and she calls me her baby haha.

FBILand his wife- they are nice but they are 10 yrs older than us so not really into what we like but they do like to go out and have agood time with us. but they never go out of their way to see me, talk to me or anything when fh isnt home

ok I guess I should add one of mine.....FFIL AND FFMIl knew Fh was purposing when he called to them he had the first thing FFIL sad was how old are my grandsons LMAO ...I love that man

I'm so fortunate. My IL's are fantabulous!!! They are thoughtful, kind, generous and loving people!! I'm so proud to be part of their family!!!

FH's parents are great. We're both only children, so they treat me like their daughter. FMIL always brings me back things when they go on vacation. FH is beginning to think that they like me better, lol.

I have to say I am blessed with great in-laws. They always do wonderful things for us. The most recent was they paid for our honeymoon. FH mom is always cooking me my favorite foods too!

I LOVE MY FILs !!!! My FFIL is a saint!!! He's half the reason why we're still together....I really feel like I'm part of their family!!! I love it!! I can't wait to share a last name with them!

I happen to love my FIL's. They all have their quirks but don't we all.

They are kind and generous people and I know they are so happy that I am part of their family.

We dont' see them as often as we like especially FSIL/FBIL and 4 Nephews because they live in Wisconsin and that really SUX!!!!!!!

ETA: and my FMIL is a bas a** cook -- can't wait for dinner there tomorrow night!

she just bought me all the halloween peanut m&m's that stop and shop had left over b/c she knows how much i love them.
and don't EWWW over halloween candy this time of year lol b/c they resell the same packages next year too haha
