Belle Nouvelle Designs on Etsy

I ordered a bracelet but its taken over a month she said that is the usual time. She had sent me an email with my tracking # but i lost it and when i emailed her on Wednesday no answer.

So just wanting to know if anyone has used this seller before and how was your experience with them?

i used her for my bracelet and i think it took her a little over 3 weeks to make it and then ship it. I would email her again. sometimes i didn't hear from her for a while so i re-emailed her and she got back to me the next day.
