Can anyone pm or post on here your thoughts and if you had any idea on prices for a basic wedding and wedding reception on a sunday afternoon?
I want to size this place up before meeting with them,
Thank you!

Re: Bellport Country Club
I went there for a holiday party a few years ago...I remember we had a great time and I had no complaints about the food. The place is nice.
I went to check them out for my wedding and the reasons I didn't book them are:
1. The parking lot was full of potholes and there was some trash laying around and it was a day when they had a few showers going on so I felt it should have been spotless. (Not a huge thing-but I was being super picky)
2. THe outside of the building is a little run down...
Overall though a nice place. AND when you meet with them they give you a little bottle of champagne to take home
The pictures of the outside on the website are of the back of the building...that side is REALLY nice!

My sister got married there. It was beautiful. The food was great and the grounds are beautiful. She had her cocktail hour both inside and out. I definetly recommend them. I think she paid about $90 a person for a sat. day wedding but that was also in 2002.
