belly button ring? piercing in queens

does any1 kno of a safe place in queens, sorry for the re-post but i dont kno if this is OT related or NWR thanks!!

Go north of Francis Blvd past Northern Blvd. There is a place on the right side that does tatoos and piercing I do not know th ename but they are across from A subways and Bayside Little League Clubhouse

getting your belly button pierced is not that serious of a thing..... im sure anywhere you go will be fine... its not like getting a tattoo....

just make sure they pierce you with a HOOP.... if they pierce you with a BARBELL thats NOT good and you can have problems.... some piercers do and i cnt understand why. the bottom of the barbell is WAY to heavy and you need to spin the hoop several times a day.. you cant do that with a barbell.....

once i went to get my nose re-pierced and this girl was getting her belly re-done... it was SOOOO gross. some idiot... (actually the guy who fecked up my nose ring ttoo!) had done her with a heavy barbell and she had this HUGE disgusting lump/bubble on her belly button... it probably got infected and it was so not cute...

I am not trying to start drama....and I am speaking form experience......anytime you are putting a metal object under your skin it is serious......but I do agree with you on the hoop thing, you should always get a hoop first for certain piercings.

i dont think its THAT serious.... as in, its an easy piercing to do. completely routine.. like getting your ears pierced... i mean its not like she has to go to a million different shops.... theres not really going to be a huge difference between one tattoo shop or another....

make sure you go to somewhere clean that has an autoclave or better yet make sure they use a new needle even if you have to purchase it for a few dollars extra. i agree about the hoop it heals alot faster. i dont know any places in queens but if you are in manhattan venus in the east village is where i always went maria is the owner and is amazing but im pretty sure she only takes clients on fridays.
