Belly Dancers- when is it appropriate for them to dance during the reception?

FH said YES!! lol. I mentioned it to him again and he actually said...if you want it, go ahead! SHOCKED! LOL.

Here's my question, I don't want to take away from the music...when would it be best to have the belly dancer perform?
