Belted Bikini

I saw some girl on the beach this weekend in this diagnolly striped halter bikini top, and the matching bottom had a belt. Anyone have any idea where I can find something like this? I have been to bloomingdales, lord & taylor, and back and have yet to find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

i just bought exactly what you are describing except the top was solid - got it at Lord & Taylor.

edited to say: L&T was already having their end of summer clearance sales on bathing suits (50% off) when i bought mine 2 weeks ago.

They also had one just like that at Bloomingdales. It was made by Bebe. And ditto on the huge 50% clearance sales this weekend. I bought two honeymoon bikinis.

I saw a similar one that karen described in Lord & Taylor in NYC yesterday. I even tried it on but it was solid black. It was really cute but the bottom didn't cover my whole butt. L&T didn't have much left in my size ... but lots of sales!!!

kim - i just looked at the tag when i got home from work - it's La Blanca. mine is a dark navy, almost black color.

Karen - that was the same one I saw in L&T too..LaBlanca - they had it in Macys today too but not many left.

Kim- In Macys in NYC today, they had striped halter tops with belted bottoms by bebe. I just checked on Bebe's website and didn't see it. They had a lot though. They had a couple different tops and bottoms that can be mixed and matched - it was very, very cute (too bad didn't cover my whole butt - I hate this problem - I don't think my butt is that big!). It may be what you are looking for.
