I just found out, thanks again Laura, that this is the bakery that our hall uses for its cakes. Does anyone have information about this bakery or used it themselves?

Re: Benkert's Bakery???
It's an absolute amazing bakery. You're very lucky that your hall is using them. I've been going there for years.

THIS BAKERY IS SOOOO GOOD!!! I actually convinced my Dad to drive 45 mins to them for my bday cake this year. My bridal shower cake was from them too and it was soooooo GOOD!! My family has ordered from them for years. YOu will LOVE their cakes!!! Here's a pic of my bridal shower cake...not that you would get this for your wedding but at least you can see their work.
I love Benkert's Bakery, we get all our holiday cakes from this bakery.
The bakery that my hall used I was so disappointmented in. We were supposed to have a 4 tier cake and then the day of my wedding it was a 3 tier cake. I remember thinking after I saw our cake (I was so mad), I wish I had looked into Benkerts doing our cake instead of going with the bakery where the hall gets their cakes from.
