Both my husband and I are greek and we pretty much had the 'big fat greek wedding.' long ceremony, Greek music, dancing, etc.
Some traditions that we have include: a few days before the wedding, my bridesmaids came to my house and made my 'wedding' bed. Only single girls can make it for you. The older ladies sing old folk songs in the background. Then everyone throws money, flowers and kids on the bed for good luck.

i'm having an indian wedding w/ some american traditions - like we are having bridesmaids and groomsmen. we are having some prewedding parties- a sangeet where people will do indian dance, play banjo/cello, sitar, jazz/ballet, this stick dance, and some skits on the thursday before. and friday afternoon we are having a haldi haat (applying a paste on me for luck and giving bride blessing) and a henna party.

Mine will have some Italian customs (dance Tarantella) and some Polish customs (blessing with bread, wine and salt given by parents)
