ugh, what's wrong?

i'm sick of reminding people to book their room and i really don't want to hear it when the room price jumps up $100.

ITA

My room block issues were so annoying- and the hotel was useless. It was so much stress over their stupidity- and my friends, who were booking on time, were getting screwed by the hotel that didn't hold the correct amount of rooms, which left everyone scrambling

Oh just that they randomly changed my group code without telling me. Then the old code was still valid so people were booking under it - including myself. Turns out I had 2 group codes but the old code never showed up in the system when they searched for our Room block......

Getting people to book on time but then have them not in my room block was super aggravating!
