The biggest thing is that I closed on my first house on Friday!!!!!!!!!! WOO-HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was quite a process but I'm so excited and can't wait to move!!
Other than that, been busy starting up my own Mary Kay business (ladies, if you're interested in buying, hosting a party or becoming a rep, FM me!!!!!!!!!),working, going back to school for my MBA, doing work as president of my NOW chapter, and, well, another VERY important thing... Planning my sister's baby shower and buying tons of presents for my very first niece or nephew.
Yeah, that's the main stuff!

FH and I bought a house a month ago and we just finished the demo on the kitchen and are finishing up painting this week. We had some furniture delivered this week too. We're having a BBQ on Saturday and Sunday so we're busy getting ready for that too.

buyinga home and renovating is so much work - and exciting - we gutted our entire house! butnow its done and beautiful and we're even almost done with the outside ( deck, patio, landscape, mini waterfall w/pond) all I can say is be patient and enjoy it It was our life for 2 years!

ALOT!!...we have a new puppy who has been a real hand full, a new house that we have been trying to get decorated (inside and out), and I have a new job (I had to open up a new group home and now that it is open, I am running it, it is a ton of work!!).

ug, everything, and a very mixed bag of good and bad...
Finishing my summer program job this week, searching for a job for the fall (with VERY little luck), engagement party is this Saturday (woohoo!), watching my grandfather get sicker and sicker (yeah. it ***** big time), and just trying to keep things together.
Hopefully things will get better and I'll have a job soon at least! (keeping my fingers crossed...)

good question: i've been waitressing as my second job, FH is working on getting his degree requirements to take the M-Cats and then to apply to Med schools and Vet schools, we have been playing so much with our puppy!!!! she's so much fun... and then a ton of sad stuff in my life right now but we just try to focus on the good
ETA: we have also been working a lot on decorating our place and making it our own... we recently bought all new bedding and i love it!!! i'm actually excited to make the bed everyday
