OK don't through your bouquets at me but I'm so not a bill joel or michael jackson fan so I wouldn't want to hear them!

I don't mind MOST cheesy songs (chicken dance, electric slide etc as they get people on the floor), but I put on my do not play list NO CONGA LINE, TRAIN ETC... I always HATE when someone trys to drag me on to the floor and end up having some drunk relative hanging on me..ugh.. If I hate it I am sure alot of my guests hate it too.
I love fun old music like the Jackson 5 (abc), Abba ... I always want to dance to those, but am having the DJ do what they do best and mix it, and just toss in a few for me and FH.

I gotta feeling- I swear EVERY DJ we looked at that played a sample video had that song... i like it on the radio, but its just... over-used at weddings
I like the electric slide, cotton eyed joe and cha cha slide as 'get uppers'... like if everyone is sitting and scared to dance, those get everyone up.. but if everyone is already up, use them as back up.
also can NOT STAND 'single ladies' for the bouquet toss!
um I HAVE TO HEAR paradise by the dashboard light... if it doesn't play at a wedding I get mad!

I def have all those songs(electric slide, macarena, cha cha slide, chicken dance, etc) on my DO NOT play list. Its not a sweet 16 (JMO) I'd rather not waste the minutes on songs like that. the only ones I will OK are cotton eye joe, and TONTO LOL.. MJ is a DEF. Love him and my most favorite song to hear at a wedding is Babe we're gonna Love tonight from LIME.. Love that damn song LMAO Listen HERE

I do not like any 'line dancing' or 'group dance' song. aka macarena, cha cha slide, electric slide, etc.
Also, I HATE Lady Gaga. I cant stand her! She will definitely be on the Do Not Play list
