For all you travelers out there....which resort in the Bahamas offers the most bang for your buck. I want ocean front, luxurious accommodations at a reasonable price. Where can I find them?

I stayed at the Wyndham on Cable beach when I went and it was gorgeous. It's no Atlantis but it was nice.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Atlantis! FH and I can't wait to go back! It is kind of pricey, but you can get deals and some of the restaurants are not exorbitant.

I went to the Wyndham last year (that's whereFH proposed to me) and I have to say that the hotel deteriorated in quality AND service. My best bet would be Atlantis, but it all depends on which island you plan on going to in the Bahamas. If you're going to Nassau/Paradise Island, then I say do Atlantis, but don't do Wyndham! I don't recommend it. Check out trip advisor for the best resorts.

I went a little over 2 years ago and they said they were going to be doing renovations...so that's why they may have let it deteriorate....sad
Def Atlantis. I stayed at Sandals once and FH and I werent that impressed. Just my opinion tho.

All depends on what you are looking for. I loved Sandals. I have been to Bahamas about 4 times. Other then Sandals I stayed at Radisson (now its Sheradon) and I liked it but now its not an all inclusive anymore. I did not like Atlantis. To me it was way to big very busy and a bit pricey. But the resort is beautiful. I would say Sandals I cant wait to go back.

Atlantis is def amazing, I was just there 2 weeks ago... def splurg and stay there...
Honestly I wouldn't recommend anywhere else, b/c you wind up just going to the Atlantis anyway...
It is MUCHO expensive...
DH and I got the following for lunch Cheese Sandwhich w/ chips and drink 'combo' Tuna Sandwhich w/ chips and drink 'combo' a bag of Fresh Pineapple...
Guess How much...

Atlantis hands down!!! Expensive but oh so worth it!!! Its private also....only those who are staying at the hotel can get into certain areas.
