Any suggestions...

I have head Daybreaks Night and they were great. Friends have also spoken about Timepiece and Heart and Soul.

What are the best bands you have ever heard at a wedding or showcase?

I just used Times Square Orchestera - They were amazing!!!! I can't say enough about this group. They had ALL of my guests up and dancing all night long - I had many guests tell me that they FH or DH NEVER dance but were enjoying themselves so much that they needed no urging to get on the dance floor.

I am still getting thank you notes and calls saying that they were the best band that they have heard at a wedding.

We are using New York City Swing Band and the band for our night is the Big City Swing Band. They came highly recommended to us and we saw them play both live and on dvd and they were great. They have some amazing bands.

I second New York City Swing...we had them at our wedding...12 pieces, they were amazing!!! The entire dance floor was packed! People were actually STUNNED at how amazing this band was!

Ditto to Ken James. They played at my wedding and rocked the house. He took control and made the party awesome. Two people booked him after being at my wedding, the biggest compliment one could give me. He was a total class act and was the biggest home run I could have hired.
