Hi all, I just started my wedding dress shopping and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of where to go on Long Island?
So far, I've been to David's Bridal in Massapequa, Bridal Reflections in Massapequa, Village Bridal in Babylon, and Princess Bridal in Farmingdale...I liked some dresses but I haven't LOVED anything yet...I don't know if I'm being too picky lol but I like pieces of different dresses....any suggestions? :)

Thanks! A few people told me to go there...I'm a little nervous that all of their dresses are crazy expensive?

Bridal Salon of Manhasset is definitely more expensive then most, but they do have a large selection. Have you considered Bridal Elegance in Huntington? They have a surprisingly large selection and they are not pushy/allow you to take pictures!

This is where I got my dress!! Yes, it definitely has pricier designers, however, when you tell them your budget, they do find you dresses! Some designers have less expensive lines. They are very helpful there and it's a beautiful wedding salon! I was too afraid to go to Kleinfelds because of the craziness. This is a more intimate feel.

Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point, not sure where you live, but it is out in Suffolk. I got my dress there and Alicia, was amazing, plus a lot of diff designers

I have always had good luck at Renate's in Lindenhurst on Montauk Hwy. My FSIL got her wedding dress there for $100, it was plain but so pretty. They always have a full rack of 50% wedding dress and many many other dresses and they did great alterations for my prom dress.

I got my dress at the Wedding Plaza in Floral Park and had a great experience with their customer service! Luanne works on weekends and is phenomenal!
My grandmother got her dress at Renate's and I have to say they were extremely considerate and patient with her. I didn't look there for my dress but when I was having issues with alterations, the owner said that if it didn't get resolved, I could bring my dress there and they would fix it for me!!
