Best Day Yesterday
So, I managed to play hooky from work yesterday and had a very productive day of wedding stuff.
Matthew Christopher is the designer of my dress and he's starting a new Lifestyle Weddings program where you can hire him to be your stylist for the wedding. After the whole situation with Bridal Couture closing, I decided for my own piece of mind to sign on for the Lifestyle Weddings service and I am so glad I did. I had a great experience with Matthew when I ordered my dress at his trunk show, and I've been having an even better time with him as we've been working on finalizing all of the wedding plans!
My mom, FMIL and I met Matthew in the city yesterday and we went shopping for their dresses. It was so much fun. Matthew and the designers he brought us to were so helpful and patient in helping both moms pick out their dresses.
Then, we went to Madame Paulette, so Matthew could oversee the second fitting for my dress. I fall in love with my dress a little more each time I try it on!
I was exhausted by the time we got home, but it was such a great day! I just had to share it with other who I know will understand!
