Weight watchers is great because it's not a diet so much as a lifestyle change. Exercise, even in small quantities if you're not used to it, is an integral part of it. You get a certain number of points per day depending on your weight and level of activity, and everything you eat has a points value. You quickly learn that in order to eat enough food to be full, you have to eat the right foods or you go over your points. You start incorporating more veggies, fruits, lean meats, whole grains, etc, and drinking more water. And exercise is assigned points too, so you can actually 'get points back' by working out. Which means that if you choose to, you can eat more than if you didn't exercise. And there are no restricted foods, so you can eat occasional treats. All of this makes it really easy to stick to. You can join just online without having to go to meetings if that's not your thing.

I find that Atkins is the best. I've lost 70 pounds on it so I'm a bit biased.
