Hey all! hoping i can get some advice.... a few months ago i picked out satin dresses from David's Bridal (FH's cousin who lives in Florida is in my BP, and i wanted her to be able to go to her local David's to order her dress there). I found out after that, that my sister is pregnant and is due about 2-3 weeks after my wedding! So now I am rethinking my choice of BM dress (thankfully none of the girls have ordered their dress yet) and I was wondering what type of material or dress style i should go with that would flatter my BMs and won't look terrible on a 8.5 month pregnant BM? I'm thinking something flowy like chiffon but just wanted to get advice.. TIA!

i definitely think chiffon. for my sister's wedding, my other sister was pregnant, and the dresses were these gorgeous vera wang satin gowns. and let me tell you... it looked awful on my pregnant sister. especially in pictures. maybe it had something to do with the fit of the dress, or my sister's shape, but you could see every imperfection. if i can find a pic i will post it so u can see what i mean. jmo of course. hth!!

def chiffon bc its flowy and it will look flattering and be comfortable for the bm.

Another vote for chiffon. It's flowy and won't 'hug' her too much.....and it'll be much more comfortable for her too.

Def Chiffon! But you could just have your sister in the Chiffon dress and the other BM's in the original dress you picked out but all the same color.
