That house is gorgeous!!!! The money def goes a lot further, but feel better knowing your apartment might appreciate more here. In a few years, you might be able to take money you put in plus your accumulation from appreciation and buy whatever you want in the world!!!!![]()

Wow, what a beautiful home!!! However, I grew up outside of Dallas, and you couldn't pay me enough to move back there. The suburb where I lived was a horrible place to bring up kids.

Great house! But after living in Corpus/Padre I made Dh promise we would never take orders to Texas again!
