im not sure what FH would classify as the best gift. the most expensive was a laptop. but im not sure how much he loved it. he uses it, but i dont think he is IN LOVE with it. (i got him a mac, but he still prefers PCs, o well)

for his birthday i got him tickets to the Billy Joel Last Play at Shea concert. he loved it so much. definitely the best present i ever got him.

when we were 18 and he was all about 'hooking up' his car i got him strobe lights to put into his head lights he was totally surprised and totally loved them ahhhhhh memories

i would say his GPS. he's an auditor, so he's driving all over the place and he kept stealing mine, and yesterday he said that he loved the GPS

he always loves his birthday presents...
3 years ago was our first trip to aruba (although i barely paid for any of that)
2 years ago i took him to six flags for fright fest for the weekend
last year i took him to this awesome italian restaurant in little italy, then to see Grease on broadway, and then bar hopping!! :)
so id have to say his birthday ventures are always his favorite gifts
ETA: a couple of more tangible gifts that he's loved was last anniversary i got him new handlebars, clutch, and some other stuff for his quad, and this christmas i got him a GPS that he wanted really bad

Tix to AC/DC concert (probably his favorite) Tix to Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert Tix to see WWE live XBox Wii Rock Band for XBox 360
These would probably be his favs.
ETA: Also tickets to a Cowboys game against the Giants one year. He's a HUGE Cowboys fan.

he says the best gift ever was his gas powered skateboard....its like the size of a snowboard but its gas powered, goes up to around 50mph

last Christmas/birthday I took him on a cruise although thats where he proposed so it was kinda for both of us.
He always wears a watch I got him, and when I got him Knicks/Nuggets tickets.

while we were away last week, he told some ppl in the pool how the best thign i ever got him was his massage/reclining chair.
that chair is awesome..u fall asleep after5 min. pure heaven

I made a scrap book for him. On each page was a message from our myspace conversations starting from the day he first messaged me till about a month after we started dating.

For his birthday two years ago, i had a replica die cast car made of his race car with most the stickers on it that his race car has on it. He was very surprised by it and was shocked that I was able to pull it off, without him knowing about it.
And this past year, I surprised him for his birthday with a trip to Medieval Times , his brother and his wife and the kids came too and FH had no idea about it until that day.
