are you guys giving your Best Man and/or MOH any guidelines for their speeches (like the length of their speeches, for example)?
We are not doing speeches as of now but I would definitely give them guidelines because the last wedding we went to the Best Man spoke forever, seriously like 20 to 30 minutes. It was so bad he just kept talking and people were all commenting, then everyone tried to ignore him and have our own conversations but even after all our small talk was over he was still talking. He finally got practically BOO-ed off. Then towards the end he made another speech, or finished the first. It was torture, and the one thing we all remember about the wedding!!
