So far I think it's the cleanliness and space. Oh and I LOVE being surrounded by so many beautiful trees, grass and flowers.

Well except for the inane cost of living, you are super close to manhattan, super close to the beaches, the weather is not all that bad, you can drive wherever you want to go, the trails and biking paths are killer, WINERIES!!!!!!, water parks, amazing lil beaches.. I can go on and on.... I wish the cost of living was less though hah

I LOVE the parking! LOL I'm originally from Brooklyn and the parking was horrendous!
the water, being able to go the city anytime and then still come home to quiet suburbia.. the old homes..

I've lived on LI my whole life, I could never see myself living anywhere esle. The Best part for me is being so close to the water and we are not far from the farm stands!!!!!!

Hopping in my car after work & meeting FH on the beach for dinner
AMPLE PARKING
Being centrally located to Roosevelt Field Mall, Source Mall & Broadway Mall
Taking day trips to the vineyards during the summer
