so girls a friend of mine is looking to get married next summer and has about 60 people...wants it to be classy, not too overdone, not too expensive, have in house catering... any suggestions?

DANFORDS!!!!!
We had under 60 people, and booked the brookhaven room in the afternoon during june.
They require I think 110+ people for sat night in the summer, but we were able to negotiate down to our level for an afternoon wedding. The catering was really good, and the service was excellent.... and the harbor view is priceless

the watermill has a beautiful room for small weddings ... we're having about 70-80 at ours.

Larkfield Manor has a second smaller room. We did a guarantee of 60 for a Sunday evenong wedding. Sat might need 75. Place is fabulous and elegant. Food out of this world delicious.

Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip? I know they have nice rooms for small weddings and do the catering on premises.

21 Main in Sayville is awesome!! May be be expensive, but the quality of their food is amazing, and it is a beautiful location!

My dad got married with about 80 people at the Three Village Inn & It was really nice.

I have about 100 people and I am having it at Verdi's of Westbury in October. They have rooms that hold about 60.

i had a wedding of only about 50 ppl at the Old Field Club (sunday no min)...amazing venue. I definitely recommend it!!!!

My friend had under 60 people at her wedding and she used the Coral House. The Milleridge Inn also has some really nice rooms.
