Best place online or in person to buy a crinoline?

I am getting my dress made, but instead of having the dressmaker make a crinoline, I think I just want to buy one. Preferably an off-white one...

Does anyone have a recommendation where to get one?

So far I checked out ebay, and it's pretty much just one vendor...

Any places online? Or any places on Long Island?
