Re: best registry givebacks..
I set my registry up at Fortunoff and will also do Bed, Bath and Beyond in the future. I haven't heard anything about givebacks but if you hear - let me know.

Re: best registry givebacks..
I've heard that Macy's lets you earn 5% for every gift your guests purchase through your registry from the day you enroll for up to 90 days after your wedding.

Re: best registry givebacks..
You get coupons for Fortunoff for 10% off the remaining items on your registry after your wedding. Sometimes they also have promos if you say a friend referred you, you both get giftcards.

Re: best registry givebacks..
hmmm.. bloomingdales gives a bridal planner, samples from art of shaving and laura mercier, and a one year subscription to InStyle Weddings.
Fortunoffs is supposed to give me a 25$ giftcard for registering during the Survival Party. Does anyoen know how long it takes to receive the giftcard?

This is the last day for this promo (at this time anyway). If anyone has a friend to refer (or a friend that refered them) go tonight!!

Re: best registry givebacks..
Macys has GREAT rewards and givebacks!
We already earned a 200 dollar lenox vegetable bowl and you earn a percentage of what guests pay on your registry in addition to purchases you make with your macy's card.
it's GREAT!

Re: best registry givebacks..
I registered at amazon.com although I haven't checked to see if you get anything from them from registereing (I think you don't), I think it has the best deals for your guests. Whenever I shop online I do it on amazon because they usually have the lowest prices. You may end up with nicer presents!

Re: best registry givebacks..
I think BBB is one of the only places that gives you cash back if you return items on your registry. You can return items up to 2 years after your wedding. They were also extremely helpful during the registering process.

Re: best registry givebacks..
we registered for BBB , kohls and penny's for our engagement party. I was a little upset with BBB because when we went we had already done the other 2 registries and we told them that we had and that we were only putting some items on. Well they called like 3-4 times after we left to say that we hadn't finish and that we were missing items and they wanted us to come back and finish. I thought this was extremely rude, not to mention that they are very pricey - a broom set cost like almost $30. Good luck to all

Re: best registry givebacks..
We haven't registered yet, but we're doing Macy*s and BB&B. We're not expecting people to shop at places we never do for more expensive gifts, that we would never buy. Bridal registry gifts should be no more than 100.00 considering some people get gifts for your shower and as a wedding gift. Just a heads up on some friendly etiquette.
