I didn't go to many places so i don't have a lot of suggestions but i did go to RK bridal in NYC-too far for me! then to Macy's bridal salon in Lake grove-good experience. everyone was nice and i liked the selection. last, i went to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and that's where i got my dress-my helper, Christy was so nice and there was no pressure and i loved most of the dresses i tried on! they were very nice and organized so i feel good that things should work out! good luck and have fun! it is a lot of fun!

I just went this past week and went to a ton of places. If you search you can find the post. I would suggest going to Lillette's, Bridal reflections, and bonaventure. Good luck and have fun.

I suggest:
Princess Bridals in Farmingdale Lillette's - Baldwin Bonaventure - Garden City
These were the places that treated us the nicest and had the biggest selections.

If you're in suffolk - Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point - they have excellent so far!! Very nice, well priced, good selection. If you go, try to work with Stephanie - she's the best!

I had great luck at davids bridal...great service, great prices..but Im in Jersey and went to one 5 minutes form my house..I have read several posts on here that Davids bridal wasnt so great in Long Island..

I went to the Bridal Building in the city for ideas, and a bunch of little shops in the fashion district... last place I went to was Kleinfelds... an amazing place... and I had so much fun. I ended up buying my dress from them... amazing place!
