I'm thinking of checking out Bridal Reflections- heck, it's right down the block! But they don't carry Casablanca, and I'd love my mom/bridal party to see the dress I tried on at RK Bridal. I might also try Lillette's.
Does anyone have any other recommendations of where I can go, where there's an excellent selection of affordable (under 1K) gowns?

Lilettes was good. I got mine at Macy's in Manhassett and I worked with Diana who was fantastic. You just have to go on a night that they don't have fittings so that its not crowded and they'll take their time with you.

Paradise Bridal - they have a lot of different makers in a lot of different price ranges.

Lillettes was very good.. I got my dress in Macy's in Manhasset and they were awesome

Hey date twin. I'm not sure which county you live in. I went to Bridal Suite in Centereach & Paradise Bridal in Patchogue. I got my dress from Patchogure for about $400 less. Good Luck!

We might not be date twins after all I might be changing the date...but we're both August 2007 brides WOOHOO!!
I'm in Nassau County- Massapequa. So I think I'll probably stick with Bridal Reflections and Lillette's for the first round haha. Then if I have a loooong day I'll check out Paradise Bridals.
