Best Western East End

OK, so we just sent out our STD's on Sat. We have 25 rooms blocked at our hotel and already 17 have been booked!!!!!!!!! The hotel has no more rooms outside of 5 weddings blocked there! My wedding is in September!!!!! Where am I going to find more rooms???? We are blocked at the Best Western East End, are there any other brides blocked there on Sept. 10th?

There are quite a few B&B on the north fork that you could check out if you are worried about running out of rooms.

thanks.. I am familiar with the B&B's but the problem with them is that they typically want a 2-3 night minimum and most guests only need the 1 night of the wedding.

So ur STD/s required folks to respond if they needed a hotel?
I jus blocked 10 rooms at the Marriott in Uniondale, but I have no idea how many people will need a room.. My wedding is also in September and I sent out STD's on Tuesday!

You could try the Hampton Inn in Farmingville...I don't think that's too far away.

HI... no the STD's do require an rsvp but when I went to book my room I found out how fast the rooms were booking for my block. That's when I found out the hotel was sold out otherwise! The hotel will give you a list of who has booked for you party at any time you want which is a great planning tool.
I feel bad for the hotel staff b/c i have a feeling I am going to be calling daily to get an updated list!
