Best Western in Riverhead

hey girls- Im having my reception at Raphael Vineyards and I have booked about 25 rooms at the best western in riverhead. I just want to hear from your girls if you used or are using this hotel. I am a little annoyed b/c they dont have a honeymoon suite left (wich is fine) but they are not working with me on working out a free complimentary room. All my girlfreinds that got married got a free room at their hotel. The sales lady hear was beside herself when I asked. I didnt think i was asking too much b/c i booked 25 rooms with her. Let me know if anyone had used that hotel and what you are getting Thanks!

thanks for your help! And Congratualtions! The holiday inn actually quoted me for $30 more expensive....it just bothered me that you are giving them all that business and they cant give you one free room!

I stayed there the night before my wedding and I have to say I am not a brat and I thought it was pretty nasty. They gave us smoking rooms because they had no non-smoking left and they stank....like they had never been cleaned. There were pubic hairs in the tub...I think that there is a new hotel being built around the corner that is supposed to open up this month or maybe it's already opened. I would not recommend them.

I won a free night stay at a bridal showcase. I am redeeming it the first weekend in December. I'll report back on the experience.

I alos have guests staying at the Best Western. We have 25 rooms blocked and were told if we needed more rooms, we have to call the new Holiday INN. They own the Holdiay INN too. They don't want to give out more rooms for just one night stays.

They own the new Holiday Inn Express east end that is opening up soon and they have tons of suites, try moving your block. I'm sure it won't be a problem since you don't have to guarantee anything
