Best Western Woodbury?
Does anybody else in here have rooms blocked at this hotel?
Have you encountered problems with the demeanor of the group/sales manager there? She has been nothing but rude and condescending to me, to the point where I'm about ready to cancel the block. She NEVER told me that I had to reserve the complimentary guest shuttle for the day of, and now it's not available for my guests to take home from the reception. If I would have known that I had to book the shuttle, I would have done it the day I blocked the rooms. Also, she has been less than forthcoming about sending me the shuttle information.
I'm so fed up with her and her belittling ways that I called up the corporate HQ and complained about her this morning. The customer relations woman was SO sweet and SO accomodating, and was all like, 'I want to make sure you're comfortable doing this right now because I don't want you to have to endure or incur her wrath.' Verbatim from the conversation, which leads me to believe that other people have complained about her.
I know a 2008 bride (I don't know if she's on here) who had the SAME problems with this particular woman (whose name I'm not posting on here, but if you've blocked rooms here, you KNOW who I'm talking about). . .whose MIL eventually complained LOUDLY and got this woman to realize what poor customer service skills she has. Apparently, that didn't work, because she's back to her malicious, unprofessional ways.
If you don't want to post on here, definitely FM me. If this woman pulls one more crappy thing on me, I am cancelling the block and calling the national customer relations head to tell them why they're losing my business. UGH!!!
