Re: Bethpage - Open house tomorrow

yes, seriously!! LOL My mom and I were talking about another ho use that went for sale across the street and down the block from that one and then my mom told me about this one and said what bad condition it was in on the inside. it's a nice neighborhood though-my mom grew up there and my grandparents still live there--their house is BEAUTIFUL and updated---but this one is not! LOL

Supposedly it has an updated kitchen and bathroom. There is also a red cape for sale in bethpage, I posted the other day

The newer contructions on this street are going for 769,000. Although, this one is disgusting if you have the money to fix up it's always worth buying the crappiest house on the street. No matter how much money you put into it you'll always get back =)
