Better late then Never!!

hey ladies! I am new to the site and I have alot of catching up to do..So any help you can give will be greatly appreciated!!!!

First thing on my agenda is hotels!!
I am an Eastwind bride and need any assistance on hotels in the area you ladies can give..

Welcome!

I have been to a wedding at East Winds and we stayed at the Radisson by Exit 63 of the LIE. There's also the Holiday Inn over there too.

Welcome and congrats!!! We just had our reception at East Wind and blocked rooms at the Best Western East End in Riverhead, about 10 minutes away....We stayed the night at the Inn at East Wind and LOVED it!!!!

We blocked rooms at the East Wind. They give you a 20% discount for blocking and nobody needs to drive anywhere.

MY FSIL had her reception at East Winds and we stayed at the Best Western! It was perfect, clean and very nice actually. After the wedding, we came back and hung out in their bar for quite a while with the rest of the guests.

If you book rooms at East Winds, they require you to block the rooms with your credit card and you have to book all those rooms otherwise you'll end up paying for the unused rooms. At least thats what they said for my FSIL's wedding almost 2 years ago.

i am a EW bride and im going to block rooms at the Inn...either 20-30 (still waiting for people to give me an answer). I went to a wedding at EW a few years ago and stayed at the Best Western...it was great. I met with them at the EW show a few months ago and i think they said there prices are around 149...and supposedly they are building a Holiday Inn Express over there too...
