ladies with the big boobs where did you get your long line bra? I kinda need to get on getting one since my dress will be in soon. I'm a slacker.
i would suggest waiting until your first fitting and let your seamstress determine what type of bra you can get....long lines will typically show at the top of your dress, i would wait
I got mine at Orchard Corset. it does not show at the top of my dress, but I because my gown is also a corset, it all makes me pop up too much so they are recommending no bra, no cups (say I am too big for cups) but I am not comfortable with that, so I exchanged my bra for a cup size bigger so I'd sit lower in it, and hopefully that will work at my 2nd fitting

i've had sucess at Georgettes. Also i got a great long line/shaper from jc pennys. it is a long line bra but it also has the shorts attached like a spanx thats one of the best ive worn. i'll probably bring it to my frist fitting and see how it looks, but the bridal shop im using does sell bras there so if it doesnt work i will just buy one from them that day that does work.
Haven't gone yet but there's a store in Brooklyn everyone goes to for this kind of thing - Olga's on Nostrand Ave. They've been there forever and the ladies who work there are like 85 years old and they know their stuff! That's where I'm going first. They can fit anyone.

i do NOT suggest doing this...i was told specifically to come to the first fitting with my undergarments. perhaps get it a day or two before your fitting so that you can return it if it does not work with the dress but def come prepared.
my sister (is a 36F) got hers at georgettes

Yeah they told me to have everything for my first fitting. When i tried the dress on, they had given me a long line bra and it was fine and my dress is a sweetheart neckline and also corset. but im not comfy going braless.. I've been waiting bc my back is so effed from having surgery in January i couldnt try anything on. now im stressed lol
When your sis got hers at Goergettes, did they have it there or did they have to order it?

she went with my mom and grandmother (both big boobs - none an F though)...they had my mom and grandmothers in store but had to special order the F. they said it would take 2-3 weeks but it took more like 4-5 weeks
give yourself plenty of time just to be on the safe side
