Big Bridal Party

I have 7 girls and a junior bridesmaid that need to get their hair and makeup done as well as my Future MIL and my mom. Anyone who has a big bridal party are you having hair and make up done at where you are getting ready or a salon? If at where you are getting ready, is it just one person for hair and one person for makeup? I am worried there will not be enough time if it is just one person for each doing everybody.

I'd say you need AT LEAST 4, if not 5 girls working on everyone. I had one for hair (she did 3 people) and 1 for makeup (she did 4 and it was TIGHT time wise). We got ready at my parents' house.

I have 6 girls, plus me, mom and FMIL...hair and makeup are coming to hotel, I believe makeup girl comes alone, but hair girl brings someone with her! It was the same way for my best friends wedding, 2 hair girls and 1 makeup girl took care of everyone!

I'm booked with Dusti from Fire Monkey. I have the same amount of girls as you, and she's bringing two other stylists, possibly 3, with her. I'm booked with Elizabeth Aiello form makeup, and as of now there will only be 3 of us getting makeup done, so she's only coming herself.

i have 8 girls, plus my mom, one of my readers, and my fmil... we are getting ready at the garden city salon and spa because we can have 3 girls for hair so it'll go quicker. I also wasn't a fan of having people at the house because I didn't want multiple things plugged in at my house especially since the AC might also be on and we could blow a fuse! lol

We are getting ready at a hotel so I'm not worried about blowing any fuses. I'm worried everyone will not be ready if there is only 1 hair and 1 make up person. I have called around to some salons but they will not open up early for us. My photographer is coming at 8am, I am starting to worry that I will not find someone for hair and make up for us :(

I have 10 girls!! I have Dusti coming with an assistant and then Elizabeth Aiello is doing my makeup but she is one of my brides maids so she is doing just a few of us and then bringing someone else for the rest of the gals!!

i would suggest going to a hair salon that you like and asking them if they would be willing to come to the hotel. A friend of mine did that with her hair salon and got like 3 girls to commit to it. If you ask far enough in advance, then they will take off of work and do it for you!
