WOW!!!!!!!!!!
That will be 2 in Long Island. I think there's one opening on Hempstead Turnpike too!! Maybe they need some p/t help, I am going to need a 2nd job to support this ever growing addiciton
I told my mom that AC Moore was coming to LI...and you should have heard the noise that came out of her mouth...one in Suffolk will be even better for her...

There is an AC Moore opening on Hempstead Tpke. and 107!! Don't know why I'm excited...I'm the anti-crafty.
ETS: I just read Tammy's post ...doh. I believe it's considered Bethpage and not Mass... not really important, tho!

Re: Big craft store news
It's a big craft store like Michaels but with a better selection and less expensive. Whenever I go to south jersey I always make DH take me to an ACMoores:D

Re: Big craft store news
The Christmas Tree Shoppe is not a place to buy a Christmas Tree- it is a huge store full of home goods and decorations and kitchen stuff.

Gee....I never heard of this store, but I live right by there. Looking forward to it. Has anyone been to Old Time Pottery in Florida? Is it anything like that?

Re: Big craft store news
I wish they would open a Pearl Art Supply in Suffolk. It's like the MECCA of all arts and crafts. I'm an Art Major in college...so I know you can find anything, ANYTHING there....even a wedding crafts section!
