Big Decision- help needed!

if you like them both equally then you have to think about logisitics...

first price... which are you getting the better deal at? the more affordable one? (if this is an issue for you, it would be for me)

distance from ceremony location or home? how would travel time affect the timeline or your day?

special perks that one place has over another?

photo. oppurtunities at each place?

opinions of parents, FH? what do they think?

Can't give you any feedback but why don't you do a search on the Bride's Review board & read about what brides liked or didn't like about these places.

I have never been to a wedding at either-but I saw Land's end and loved it!

I've been to Giorgio's. Great Food, Great Hall! I thought it was really pretty. The room is so big and open with plenty of rooms for dancing or just enjoying the music. The wedding i went to there had the ceremony outside, it was REALLY nice!

I'm the opposite. I LOVED Land's End but it was out of our price range.

I fell in love with Giorgio's the moment I walked in. I've never been to Land's End, but I've heard some great things about it.

Maybe make a list of the things you want, which place can accommodate it, and other pros and cons???

I've never been to Land's End...I've heard good things BUT Giorgio's is by far the best wedding I've been too ever! I've never seen a cocktail hour like it. It was the obvious choice when we booked our wedding.

I loved Giorgio's 2 of my friends got married there and we all had the best time. The only reason I did not pick there was because my date was already taken. Good Luck!

In my opinion, that's an easy decision...definitely Lands End

Land's End is beautiful! If I could afford it, I would have booked it on the spot when I went to go see it. I still daydream about it a little!

The amount of room that they have is unbelieveable. There just seemed to be so many extras with all the spots that guests could sit and relax outside of the main room. I know that my guests would have loved to see the water or to sit in that lounge area afterwards. Amazing! I just thought it was classy, elegant and sophisticated without being too over-the-top.

I have never seen the other place though.

HTH!

I would pick Lands End in a second. I haven;t been to gorgio's so I can;t really comment on it.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I could pretty much only afford to do Lands End on a Sunday night which kind of ***** or Giorgios in the afternoon or twilight on a Sunday. What if I threw Lombardis on the Sound in the mix? Any strong feelings about that place?
