Big Dilemma - Limo Related

I waited to the last minute to do anything about limos. I am getting married at one of the vineyards on the North Fork and that weekend we and our families are staying at two homes out on the North Fork. There are like 25 of us total The vineyard is in Mattituck and the homes are in Southhold and East Marion. We basically just need to be picked up at the houses and dropped off at the vineyard, and then at the end of the night we need the reverse. The quotes we are getting are over $2,000.We are being told that the 3 our packages would cover just one leg of our trip, because the limos charge us for the time it takes them to get out East. SO basically we need 2 3 hour packages.

Does anyone know of any more affordable options for such a big party? Or any limo companies out east who would not have to travel so far? TIA.

Try Anthony at NY Style in Holbrook. He gave me the best pricing on limos but also has a 27 pass shuttle. HTH

That's absurd! Don't a lot of limo companies offer wine tours for like $600 for the whole day? If they're making you pay for them to travel to you, then it isn't worth it. I would research limo companies out east, for sure. Sorry that I don't know anyone offhand. :/

I don't know any of the companies out east, but some I've spoken to here said they do pick-up/drop-off services when people are having ceremony, reception, and pictures all in the same location. I haven't gotten exact quotes yet because I haven't really started looking into limos, but it was definitely only a few hundres; they don't charge hourly package rates for pick-up/drop-off.

You should also see what the prices are like for 'regular' limo packages. They hike up the price for weddings and justify it by throwing in things like runners and whatnot. If you're not going to be spending a lot of time in the limo and don't really need all the bells and whistles, you might be able to get a better price.

Try Sir Oliver out in Ronkonkoma...They have a big party bus too, which may be an option to consider

Try my limo company, Camelot. Talk to Joe. They're based out of Farmingdale now I think but they're really reasonable so maybe you'll luck out.

Did your venue did you a preferred vendor list? We are getting married out there as well. Our hall suggested North Folk Trolley, which is good bc you can fit a lot of people in it. They also suggested Sir Oliver. We, in the end, booked with Cruise Control bc we wanted a white trolley.

Call Trans-star exec, Lancelot, or Red Carpet Limo. All don't charge extra fees or are located in Suffolk.
